Our experience in the Home Improvement field has set us apart from other contractors. We have pride in our workmanship and make sure customers are 100% satisfied. Now that I'm close to retirement, the prices that I will be setting for the services that I will be providing will be a lot more reasonable and flexible that other providers. I can beat the competitions price by at least 10% or more. The main reason that I'm still providing great service is because of my son and grandson's working together brings family pride to your projects..thus I love doing the work and make your homes beautiful and extra special.. I'm also open for suggestions from the home owners regarding the project that were about to complete. I will also give recommendations regarding on how to improve and innovate the project from my lifetime experience doing this work.

Mr. Miller and his crew were able to transform parts of my home. My concrete stair hazard went from an eyesore to a magnificent deck entryway that earn me compliments from my neighbors and guests. Not too mention, my beautiful and luxurious tile bathroom that I enjoy every day! Thanks again for your hard work!

The worst experience of anyone I've ever hired to repair or install household items. My home is in worse disrepair than before Walt was hired. I had no hot water running into my kitchen. The rest of the house had hot water. I now have no hot water anywhere in my home and my less than two yr old hot water heater doesn't turn on. He replaced the water faucet which I cannot use be use it is not securely installed. It wiggles when touched and water is leaking out the sides. Walt was given a new light fixture to replace an old one. It doesn't hang straight, the globes are not screwed in correctly and the fixture that hangs from the ceiling isn't secured correctly. He was asked to replace the garbage disposal. Didn't touch it so it still leaks when in use. They were asked to replace interior doors which we discussed painting them. No paint applied to any of the the four doors. Communication was incredibly poor and when is text or call, no response. Never use this company. i cannot believe anyone could have such a poor work ethic. He brought his son to work and it is unsettling to me that he could be so unprofessional with his son there. Walt if you are reading this shame on you. My resources aren't endless and I'm looking at having to repair and replace what I brought the repair man into do.

I work whiting your budject..you tell me what you can afford and I tell you what we can agree to complete..many customers do their work in phases..as they can budject their money..we're here to work with you..it's together we complete your project and move on to the your next improvement

set up a time to scope out the projects that you want me to complete...I'm labor only ..give you a cost and time it takes to complete work..give you my profile paperwork..references.contracts ..set time to start work..labor payments after work is complete and your inspected answer approved by you and inspectors..then a hug or a hand shake

life time experience in construction..been on my own since 1984..hundreds of completed projects..hundreds of great custermer ..and references. .for 15 years over 20 employees never miss a days work..general contracting..from homes to heven highway projects..now I have myself ..grandson..and a few carpenters with skills to do. your adventurers ''
