Shawn did a rental unit for me that had hardwood floors...I went with a UV blocker to prevent fading. He was quick to fit us in and the tint looks amazing! Very happy to have connected, and have already passed his info along to others

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 7% discount for seniors and military active service and veterans. We also are a Dominion Virginia Power Participating Contractor in the window film rebate program for commercial properties.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk on the phone or exchange e-mails or texts to discuss the nature of the work, either window tinting or screen repair/replacement. With glass measurements, I can quote a range of budget pricing for our different films. Usually, a site visit is made to show window film or screen samples before the project is accepted.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been providing and installing window film since 1995, and more recently have added the screen repair/replacement. I hold the four accreditations offered by the International Window Film Association: Solar Control Specialist, Advanced Solar Control Specialist, Safety and Security Window Film Specialist, and Vehicle Window Film Specialist.
