Hi, I’m Brian! I graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University back in 2018 with a degree in Business/Entrepreneurship. I currently work for a higher education firm based in Richmond, VA. Brian not only pointed out to me what to improve on my resume but HOW to improve on my resume. He went above and beyond by giving me examples of ways I could expand, specify, and quantify my achievements. The comments that were given to me pushed me to think about how I added value and how I wanted to relay that to whoever is reviewing my resume. I was also given synonyms and alternative phrases that would make my points sound more professional. In addition to showing me what to put on my resume, he pointed out what I could eliminate too. He also left me feeling encouraged by pointing out what I did well on my resume. I appreciate all the help Brian!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
During my research in business school, I spoke with a number of professionals across different industries on how to get the job that you want. I used that valuable information to create my own structure.
