The Drying Company encapsulated our crawl space several years ago. During a routine maintenance check on the dehumidifier, the technician, Alex Beacham, noticed our cast iron pipes had a pin-hole leak and warned us we needed to get them replaced. He was right, the pipes were on the verge of failure in multiple places. Mr. Beacham worked with us throughout the process to make sure plumbers could do the work with minimal disruption to the encapsulation. After the plumbing work was done, he returned performed minor resealing work. Mr. Beacham's timely advice saved us from a major plumbing disaster.

My crawl space was a disaster. There was no protection from the moisture under the house and serious issues with rodents being able to get into my home. I called The drying company and received excellant service. My crawl space has been taken care of and I haven't had any rodent visiters! Thanks to the Drying co.

The Drying Co. Offers Free inspections & estimates to homeowners.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule you an appointment with one of our Home Performance Advisors to discuss your concerns and goals with you, do a thorough inspection of your home, review their findings, provide you with an estimate and answer any questions you may have. We do not believe in high-pressure sales and allow as much or as little time as you may need to review your project and answer your questions. From there, it is completely up to the homeowner if they would like to move forward with the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Team has a wide range of certifications and experience in the construction and home performance industry that contributes to their expertise in the field. As authorized dealers, all of our Home Performance Advisors are trained at the Dr. Energy Saver and Basement Systems facilities in Seymour, CT. They are educated on the latest best practices in building science and home performance solutions so that they can provide homeowners with long-term solutions to their concerns.
