Despite strong initial resistance from the insurance company, he leveraged his deep knowledge of the industry and provided compelling proof to justify my claim. On the day of the roof replacement, he even provided aerial pictures of the progress throughout the day.Beyond the claim, William generously took care of two additional roof issues that were not part of the original claim, all on his own time. We had an outstanding experience with Valencia Consulting and Roofing Services. The process was excellent from beginning to the end. William was extremely knowledgable and handled the insurance claim and was able to get most of the cost covered. Which made the process so much easier for us. He also helped us pick out the perfect architectural shingle. I have worked with other contractors who was not able to accomplish what William did.The day of install the team was incredible!
