What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our design and drawing standards are top-of-the line and they reflect the kind of pride we take in our work. This is a unique profession that combines Art, Mathematics, dimensions and proportions, all rolled into one product. With our best standards and quality work, our fee structure is very reasonable and affordable by our clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, a client would confirm our Proposal by email to get us started. Fee schedule is mutually worked out. Our lead designer and founder, Naresh Sharma works one-on-one with each client at every step of the design process and works on a unique design model tailored specifically for the client. We will modify the design till the last detail to meet client's expectations, at times using 3D models to show them what they are visualizing. The permit process starts after that,
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A degree in Architecture from Delhi, India and a world-wide experience of handling a variety of projects from design to construction and project management.
