- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Carpets it's a price per area, when it was last cleaned, where it's located and how soon you need it combination. I can get a good estimate that is fair for us both with great results. Real estate selling in part is about accurate home pricing comparisons, pricing your listings just right in a sweet spot! There's a very old saying I remember that when pricing becomes an issue that goes like this: "Pigs get fed, hogs get slaughtered". If you get greedy, you pay dearly. Buying a home too determine what the market can bear, as your buyer rep I can determine what the market is doing at the time and suggest a comprehensive offer on a prospective home purchase.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every week!!! The carpet cleaning side is about chemistry. If you ask ANY carpet cleaner what cleaning solutions they use, they will bloviate, posture or fall back to "it's what we are told to use". I'm constantly searching the industry for improvements in cleaning solutions, chemistry break throughs and techniques aiding to achieve cleaner and safe results! It's amazing what's out there. Real estate is about about compliance, better property search capabilities, higher customer services, being sensitive to clients needs and situations in their life. Knowing a divorce transaction is different from an investment transaction, how these and other situations garner a specific process to achieve a successful win-win for all! This is an art form requiring constant education, training and dedication that I have committed to weekly. Try me, you'll like me.
