I have been an Air Treatment customer for 29 years and they always provide a great experience. I've purchased 2 new systems over the years and they come out twice a year to perform maintenance checks. The technicians are always friendly and very knowledgeable. I recommend them highly.

My wife found Air Treatment Heating and Cooling when we needed a new HVAC system installed in our condo, and the experience was excellent. Shortly after, I had an urgent need at our single-family home to inspect the system and rebalance airflow. I spoke with Dan (the owner), and it was genuinely refreshing to deal with someone who clearly cares and takes pride in the work.
Dan sent Mike out, and Mike was fantastic—easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and he got everything dialed in. I even learned we have three dampers I didn’t know existed. 🤷♂️
It’s a real pleasure working with a company that’s owner-run and service-focused—not the private-equity “roll-up” model.

I continued with Air Treatment Heating and AC service since we bought the house 20 + years ago. The service has been wonderful with all the technicians we've had over the years. My units (1 furnace and 1 AC) have lasted their full life thanks to the annual service provided by Air Treatment. Highly recommend them!

I have been a customer of Air Treatment Co. more than 15 years. Twice a year I call Air treatment for an appointment and every time I am amazed at how easy and painless is to speak with any of the front office ladies to make the appointment. Basically, calling this company takes me back to 1960’s when customer service meant something – they are fantastic.
This company has superior technicians with knowledge, experience and trustworthiness (something that is hard to find these days). Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to have one Technician who comes twice a year for maintenance, Mr. Dee Dordevic. Dee never misses the scheduled timeframe and he calls you if he might be late. As far as I am concerned, Dee is the superstar Technician, he is knowledgeable, professional, kind, and goes beyond and above to complete the job and help you as a customer.
This family-owned company is the best managed company with top-quality employees.
My message to the owners is you are the best please never change. I highly recommend Air Treatment and gives them 10 stars instead of 5 stars.
