- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Regarding commercial work I have a full day (8 hours) and half day rates. I also have a flat hourly rate. Please contact me for details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the new customer to discuss their needs. A deposit is collected if required. When proofs are ready they are shared with the customer. When the customer is satisfied with the proof the final payment is collected and the images are released to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors in Information Technology. I work with the latest tools from Adobe, Apple and Canon to edit digital media.
