Afshin responded to my request promptly and communicated very well during the whole process. He arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, completed the work thoroughly . He cleaned up the area which shows he takes pride in his work. I've had many contractors leave debris and materials behind after they completed the work. He explained why the issue happened which helped to allay my worries . He was very pleasant to interact with, and he was open to negotiating a fair price. I plan to have him come back to do additional electrical work on my smoke detectors.

Top Tier Solutions electrician Farzaneh arrived on time and communicated with me throughout the job process. I had identified 4 outlets that stopped working over time that I wanted to be repaired. Not only did he repair those outlets, but he also checked all outlets in my living room, kitchen, and dining room. He discovered that several more outlets were not working. One outlet burned out and was a fire hazard! He rewired the socket and restored all the nonworking outlets to working condition. Thank you for a job well done! I will certainly consider Top Teir Solutions for future jobs.
