It was a pleasure to work with Yousef and his two team members. They renovated a utility closet for me. The work involved replacing two access panels, repainting, and installing new shelving. The work was scoped well and took a little over one day to complete and I am extremely pleased with the results. The large access panel was replaced with a canvas cover that I ordered and I now have much easier access to my HVAC unit (that sits behind that panel) to replace my air filter.
Details: Change the form or function of a portion of a room or structure • Closet • Already have plans - just need installation • No, the project is not covered by an insurance claim • Within the month

The townhouse we owned was in need of a facelift, and hiring Pro Management Solutions turned out to be a great decision. They efficiently prepared the property for renovation and were generous enough to assist with items we had overlooked during the initial preparation phase.
While we don’t anticipate moving again anytime soon, we highly recommend Pro Management Solutions. Their design ideas were excellent, their responsiveness was exceptional, and we would absolutely hire them again.
And why wouldn’t we? Our townhouse sold for $25,000 above the asking price—and even the real estate agents complimented the quality of the renovation!
Details: Complete home remodel • Entire house • Living room • Bedroom • Kitchen • Bathroom • Closet • Basement • Already have plans - just need installation • No, the project is not covered by an insurance claim • As soon as possible

Had them do daughter’s bathroom in DC. They changed out lateral copper lines leaving only one old elbow. Installed new bathroom fixtures and tile was done in 5 days. Neighbors had same job different contractor they started 7 weeks ago still not done. The BId was double than Kentucky. But DC likes to pay for unnecessary permits to keep the kitty fed. I will use this contractor again.
Details: Single room remodel • Bathroom • No existing plans, but have a good idea of what I want • No, the project is not covered by an insurance claim • As soon as possible

They did a great job with adding and demolishing walls for my basement. They were able to paint and patch it up nicely as well as get a door in for my new room. Job was done effectively and professionally. It was great they were flexible to do the job while I had to be out for a few hours some of the days. I trust them to do the job well and for a great value. Thank you Yousef and team!
