- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge for initial consultations. That is part of our "Discovery Process", where we both need to determine if working together makes sense. Are we a good fit for each other? Is so, we move forward. We are transparent about our fees upfront with all our clients. Our fees are based on the following areas: 1. Financial Planning Fee - Retainer for a year. 2. Wealth Management - Percentage of assets we have under management 3. Simple Solution - Product based depending on what a you need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a simple straightforward process that begins with a simple friendly conversation. Our process is based on 5 steps. 1. Engage - We get to know each other and decide is we are a fit for working together. 2. Envision - Develop specific future goals. Uncover the "why" behind the numbers. 3. Enable - Highlight areas of opportunity and concern. Share findings and collaborate to develop "what if" scenarios. 4. Empower - You with recommendations and strategies designed to help you reach your goals. Chart a path forward. 5. Guide, Monitor and Review - We work with you to implement and monitor the path forward. We meet 3-4 times a year to review and keep everything on track.

Masters Degree in Finances and Business, over 25 years business experience and several industry designations and licenses.
