I had assembled two nightstands and the drawers would only go in halfway. Jason immediately realized the tracks had been factory installed backwards and fixed them right away. During the same appointment, Jason out together a queen-sized bed frame that had given me trouble. Everything together took 90 mins (a bit longer than he expected) and he kept me updated as he went. It was a great experience.
