- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing system. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom starts at $119. Each additional bathroom is $20 and bedroom is $20. A 3 bed and 2 bathroom house would start at $179. We offer discounts for recurring cleanings, which will lower the price. We also offer extras for cleanings that will increase the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For each new customer we refer them to our website to answer a few questions to generate an instant quote online. The questions on the website allow us to bring all the necessary equipment to effectively and efficiently service the home. After all the details are entered, the customer then enters the date he/she prefers and submits payment. The payment is submitted, but we do not charge the customer fully until the house cleaning is 100% finished. For each cleaning job, we perform a 54 point inspection of the cleaning job to make sure we addressed each and every customer want and need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Cleaners are constantly being trained on the best practices when it comes to cleaning and cleaning products availible in the market.
