FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope, materials, and complexity of each project, so every estimate is customized to ensure you’re getting exactly what you need—nothing more, nothing less. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all pricing, especially with masonry work where quality and longevity matter. We provide clear, detailed estimates upfront, so you’ll know exactly what’s included before any work begins. There are no hidden fees—if something changes during the project, we communicate it immediately and get approval before moving forward. We focus on delivering long-term value through quality craftsmanship rather than cutting corners to be the cheapest option. In some cases, we may offer seasonal promotions or discounts depending on the project timeline, so it’s always worth asking during your consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be straightforward and transparent from start to finish. It begins with an initial consultation where we discuss your vision, budget, and timeline. From there, we assess the space, take measurements, and offer recommendations based on what will work best both structurally and aesthetically. Once we understand the full scope, we provide a detailed estimate outlining the work, materials, and costs. If everything looks good, we schedule the project and handle all necessary planning before construction begins. During the build, we keep communication open so you always know what’s happening and what to expect next. We focus on precision, cleanliness, and staying on schedule. After completion, we walk through the finished project with you to make sure everything meets your expectations. Our goal is to deliver a result that not only looks great but is built to last.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our background is rooted in hands-on masonry training and years of real-world field experience. We’ve worked extensively with brick, block, and stone, developing a deep understanding of structural integrity, proper installation techniques, and long-term durability. In addition to practical experience, we follow industry standards and best practices for construction and safety, including OSHA guidelines. Masonry isn’t just about appearance—it’s about building something that performs over time—so we stay focused on the technical side just as much as the visual result. Every project we take on reflects that training and experience, with an emphasis on precision, proper foundation work, and craftsmanship that holds up for years to come.
