My name is Suzanne Nicholas, and I've been the Chef/Owner of a personal chef business for over nine years. I am a creative, versatile, self-trained chef, skilled in the use of whole-foods, natural ingredients to prepare tasty, nutritious meals. I have expertise in many different cuisines (I.e. Mediterranean, Italian, Korean, Indian, etc), and am particularly skilled in working with clients on special diets. I have an abundance of ideas for creative, whole food substitutions to make special diet meals appealing and delicious!
I love to cook, and I particularly love to teach... I have taught cooking classes with many of my personal chef clients over the years, and am starting to make teaching a focus of my work. I am personable and approachable, and am skilled at working with clients to identify their cooking goals and meet them in a sustainable way. I'm a dedicated partner in my work, and stay with my clients until they feel confident in their new cooking skills!
