Miria is professional, extremely punctual, knowledgeable, experienced and affordable (especially her package deals). She will work with you, starting at your personal physical level and then gradually challenge you. She will motivate you from the start of the session to the end. I started training with Miria about a month ago. When we first started, I could barely get through a workout without stopping constantly because I was so out of breath and had not worked out consistently since the beginning of the pandemic. Miria was intentional in designing a tailored workout plan that aligned with my personal goals with a focus on minimizing the risk of injury. She will ensure your form is correct before the execution of any exercise. Her exercise plans are innovative and well-planned out to match the specific needs and desires of the client. Within the past month, I lost 6 pounds and 2 inches! My flexibility has increased as well as my core strength. I can also get through an entire workout without wanting to quit every 5 minutes! Moving forward, I am motivated to become more consistent with exercising therefore I will continue working with Miria! If you are looking for a trainer who goes the extra mile with you, Miria is the absolute best!

The thing I liked most about working with Miria was that it was different from any workout before. Its not just doing bench, squat, and free weights. She utilizes alot of different equipment that I wouldn’t normally see! I would highly recommend her coming from someone who doesn’t usually work out!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I charge $70 per session.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Every person is different based on their exercise history, goals, any pertinent injuries, and etc. The first few steps usually include gathering a baseline and starting with the fundamentals ( if they aren’t there yet). Then moving through the strength-velocity curve of training. I like to include a variety of functional exercises in my programming.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training. I am a licensed and certified Athletic Trainer. I am a NASM certified Personal Trainer.
