DC Pools came and open my pool , they cleaned it and did a fantastic job. DC pools came today and closed my pool . The workers are very nice & professional. I have had other pool companies but DC Pools stands out. They are the best 😄😄

I had an incredible experience with Vladan and DC Infinity Pools. I opened my pool and of course something was broken which caused a delay in swimming. That delay was always 3 weeks looking for the parts. I ended up deciding not to repair but just replace. My regular pool guy couldn’t make it over before the holiday so I went on thumbtack. I found Vladan and we had a great conversation via text and phone. He told me that he could come over the next day to install my parts I ordered if I wanted and I agreed. Day of...Vladan called me and said he could come over an hour earlier then planned which was fine by me. By the time I got home he had most of the parts already installed. While he worked he talked to me and answered any questioned I had. I have a lot being a new pool owner. He even showed me how to use my new equipment after he was done. I wish I could have given him 6 stars. Definitely plan to do business with him in the future.

Vladan Jovicic of DC Infinity Pools respnded very quickly. Within 1/2 hour he was here to check out the problem. An hour later he returned with the needed part, repaired everything professionally and had the pool up and running in no time. The price was a bit high but since it was done so quickly and on a weekend we were willing to pay it. Only one minor problem--he did not tighten some connections sufficiently and there is a very slight leak.

Seriously, great customer service! This is our first pool and he really spent time with us helping understand how to operate the pool. Very knowledgeable and kindly suggested ways to lower operating costs. Our kids had so many questions and he was extremely patient with them, super nice guy! I highly recommend DC Infinity Pools!
