Introduction: I currently work at CrossFit. I coach all ages and levels. I develop meal plans and develop their own custom-tailored
plan to what they want and also for medical reasons or
needs, etc.
I've been a pro athlete in three sports. My entire life I've been doing skiing, soccer and swimming. I am certified as an EMT,
OEC tech, avalanche search and rescue, outdoor S&R, pre-hospital trauma life support, etc. I design programs to be something that you look forward to. It's fun but intense all the while I know when not to push too far. I utilize foods to achieve your goals in a much faster time frame.
I also reap better cognitive skills through my meal recommendation, hydration and workouts, from boot camps to going for a walk. Just follow my guidelines, and you'll definitely start seeing rewards immediately. I've been reading everyday
for 20 years, so I'm a one-stop shop when it crashes to getting off the couch.
