Priscilla was a joy to work with thorughout. Bartender/server team Elam and Tania went above and beyond to make our event run smoothly. The bar was set up with ease, guests were greeted with welcoming smiles, and drinks mixed up with aplomb. Elam even helped install a neon sign high above the bar, and as teh evening wound down, he brought out laughter with his last call accompanied by the sound of a brass gong! Tania was an absolute delight to work with. She was radiant, friendly and professional the entire evening. At the end of the event, the bar was packed up efficiently, and the good night wish to hosts and guests was the piece de resistance! Thank you for a wonderful mobile bar service!

Priscilla from P2 Bar Events did an outstanding job for my party of around 50 people. She understood my vision and boy, did she deliver on it. She and her team were incredibly responsive from the get-go and always made me feel like they had time for me and all my questions when I would call unscheduled. P2's list of cocktails is extensive and has tons of appealing options. The drinks I chose were delicious and exactly what I wanted for the party. She brought some adorable decorations for the bar, too! My guests raved about her, her professionalism, and her speed. I'd give her 6 stars if I could!

Details: 51 - 75 guests • Birthday party • Upbeat / lively • Public venue • Liquor / mixed drinks • Wine • Beer • Bartender will need to bring the bar • Tip jars allowed • Setup / cleanup • Ice

Working with Priscilla of P2 Bar events was so easy and stress free. They came with the bar, set it up, prepared all the garnishes and were ready to go at start time. I got the gold package and brought in a few bottles of specialty liquor (Schnapps and Vermouth) to add to the experience. Everyone raved about the service provide by bartenders Ash and Amanda. I had 70 adults and 20 kids in my backyard and there was little to no line waiting for drinks. I would strongly suggest using P2 Bar events for your next party.

Details: 76 - 100 guests • Birthday party • Upbeat / lively • Private residence • Liquor / mixed drinks • Wine • Bartender will need to bring the bar • Tip jars allowed • Setup / cleanup • Disposable cups • Coolers • Glassware • Ice

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My quotes are a baseline but can charge according to the details that I gather from the event. There are many awesome rentals available to clients as well to enhance any party.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we talk about the details of the event and you let me know everything that you envisioned for the bar at your party. Then we discuss a plan for the bar.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in events, bartending, and service work for 10 years prior to opening up this company. This is a SWAM business opened in the middle of a pandemic so we are here to stay.
