FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started in this profession in my early life by begrudgingly assisting my now co-owners grandfather with household repairs. This evolved into us starting a Consulting/Contracting service with Kroger Engineering that involved remodeling and building every new store in the Mid-Atlantic Region (KMA) for 13 years. Guided by county codes and blueprints, we were responsible for all fixtures, shelving, signage, check lanes, cabinetry, and flooring, among any and all items seen inside Kroger stores by working closely with Engineers and Coordinators. With the traveling aspect becoming dull, and a few years of Logistical Management beguiling my interest, I chose to build upon my experience in business, self employment, Contracting and ethics to create a company that insists upon itself.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

To those looking to hire a contractor or someone to work in their home, a few things I recommend are - * Have a general idea of the job(s) to be completed as well as the materials needed to assist with the accuracy of the bidding process. * Obtain multiple bids from different sources. * Make a habit to place all agreed upon work in contractual form.
