He arrived before I got home and that was not the agreement. He also did not bother to explain how the stopper worked or how we are supposed to maintain it. I also have no way of knowing if the gutter was even unclogged or what was done. My roommate had no clue what to say or do. Not pleased with this at all. Not very professional to me. No inspection was done of any other gutters either. He was here less than 45 minutes total. Disappointed about it

I had arrived 10 minutes before 5pm the time Debbie and I agreed to meet, and no body showed up until 5:20pm and it wasn't Debbie it was her room mate and she show me where the problem was and told me about it, Me and my helper started to work on the over flow/clogged down spout issue on the gutter, I Cleaned the gutter out in a trash can so the debris from the gutter didn't make a mess on the ground and installed a "aluminum gutter strainer" so the down spout would not get clogged up again and poor over the gutter after it got full of water, the rest off the gutters was clean and I told her roommate how it works, and I wrote what I did and installed on the bill .. Maybe you should be there when you say your going to be there, I gave you 1 hour & 30 minutes extra time to show up, never seen you & never got a call saying that you was not going to be there.. "" I will NOT do work for this person again "" .. (bad business & a no show)
