Our staff has been with us for years, and with our highly skilled technicians' expertise we can work on air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, hydronic heaters, geothermal units, Kohler generators and tank and tankless style water heaters. We even have our own amazing in-house metal fabricator, so we can retro-fit any of these devices to make them work in your home or do a custom duct design based on your needs!

This is the 3rd job I've entrusted CM with (previously replaced both our units). This time they replaced all duct/vents in crawl and attic. Once again I am very satisfied with all aspects. From initial call, estimate, scheduling, work and post work walk through, I rate the very high.The techs Steven, Wes and Cody were very professional, always on time, very respectful of our home and finished the job 4 days ahead of schedule. They were very good at communicating with us during every phase of the job. Even went above and beyond by fixing some other related items not initially part of job.Charlie, the supervisor, came out pre job, during job and post job and was also top notch.Dealing with Mike, who provided estimate, has always been a good experience.Now, you may find cheaper HVAC companies out there but you get what you pay for and I am very glad I chose CM. Not implying they are super expensive, just saying some cheaper companies may not deliver the quality I have cone to expect from CM.They are always the only HVAC company I call.

First receiving a call and then a text with photo from the technician 20 minutes before arrival. Drove in a very clean company van and started working after introducing himself. Excellent communication and inspection of HVAC. Finished the job and accepted my credit card for the quoted price. No problems were found and now the unit looks like new. I'm very happy customer

We offer flat rate pricing for our repairs, with flexible financing through Wells Fargo and budget friendly options. Check our website for Spring and Fall promotional discounts on HVAC maintenance! We also offer senior citizen and active military discounts of 10%, and membership customers receive 15% discounts on all repairs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive for five on every call - Our aim is five star service that is fast, friendly and professional. You can expect a call from our dispatcher the day of your service request, along with a text message notification and tracking link that will show your technician approaching. During your diagnostic or estimate, we'll provide multiple options depending on the type of request or problem that you're experiencing, and will email you a record of any recommendations or service work performed. We make it easy to communicate with us, via email, text message, phone calls, chat, and web booking forms on our website.
