Great experience from start to finish. During the service call, Mike and Lucas discovered electrical damage to the compressor and recommended replacing both the condenser and the older air handler. The pricing was very fair, and I truly appreciated the military discount and the option to save more by paying in full.
After my AC went out, Lucas went above and beyond checking in on me multiple times while I waited on insurance during a brutal heat wave. His kindness and thoughtfulness really stood out and made a tough time a little easier.
Install day was intense. The heat was overwhelming, but I genuinely appreciate the effort, professionalism, and dedication from Lucas, Josh, and Devin. Mike also came back later to help wrap things up. It was a long, difficult day for everyone, and although there was a bit of tension with the owner, Joseph, I understand it was a high-stress situation, and we were able to work through it together.
They’ve also committed to repairing the attic entry and covering the cost of the hole made in the ceiling during the install, which I really appreciate.
Overall, I’m very happy with the service and the final outcome. A big thank you to the whole team especially Lucas for the care and professionalism shown throughout. I would absolutely recommend them and will continue to use their services!
