Rocky came by within a few hours of me calling the company. We had some issues with our tenants not changing out air filters and that led to lack of airflow and condensation buildup. This presented other problems, like water damage of the ceiling and corrosion of the duct work. Rocky found the problem and gave us a few quotes to work with. He was extremely punctual, polite, and I could tell he spoke with honesty. We will be using him again when the time comes for that other half of the work we just couldn’t afford this time. Thank you, Rocky & Joe, for your help on our home!

The heat from my gas furnace stopped blowing last night. Based on Thumbtack reviews, I reached out to Rescue Air at approximately 12:30pm today. I received a reply back within 5minutes, and scheduled an appointment for 2-4pm. Rocky, my technician, arrived about 2:30pm. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He went above and beyond checking my entire system, including the duct work, which is located in my attic. He explained everything to me, and even drew a diagram displaying why this problem occurred -- and has occurred before. He offered suggestions, but didn't push any additional work needed, or parts. Since the problem all along has evidently been the duct work, I asked if he would get back with me on a quote to remedy that situation. He didn't rush to just provide a quick, short-term solution. I appreciated his professionalism and work ethics, and found him to be trustworthy. I will definitely keep this company in mind for future needs. My heat is on! Thank you, Rocky!

When I type a question into the app, Joe answers immediately and comes out quickly. The first thing that stuck out to me was when he entered my house, he put on shoe covers. Joe was the first to do it and I was blown away. He was very respectful, and polite and didn’t take long to find out the issue with my system. He knew immediately what it was. The repair was much worse than I thought it would be, but I highly recommend this company, especially if honesty and respect are important to you.

Rescue Air was able to fix my A/C the same day they came out. It cost $464 to replace the compressor capacitor, charge the refrigerant, and walk through the house to ensure everything was functioning normal. Rocky was able to answer all questions I had, and it was clear that he was very experienced. Good work, and I’m glad I was able to learn a few things regarding A/C maintenance.
