It was really late (around 11pm-12am) when I first sent a message and got a response to call the next morning. When we were able to talk he worked with me and made me feel less worried and clear minded about what was going on. Mr. Karpov is an excellent attorney who knows the law and knows how to get results. My ticket was dismissed out-right because Mr. Karpov knew the evidence was insufficient and was able to have it dismissed on the first Court appearance. Fir the past 14 years I represented hundreds of criminal defendants as a public defender and a private counsel. Moscow State University - Juris Doctor - graduated in 1999. Law School at Colledge of William & Mary - Master of Laws (advanced law degree) - graduated in 2006.
