They are in the wrong business. I made a request that required a little compassion on their part and they totally ignored me.
They also gave me the wrong advice as to what my needs are and pushed their package that didn’t even cover what I so desperately need ~ a Revokable Living Trust.
Not only that, if you hire them they just send you forms to fill out on your own. So, YOU do all of the work.
I requested my $125 down payment towards my package back and no one has responded. They spent maybe 20 minutes on the phone with me, again, giving me the wrong information about my needs.
I never saw where it said that the $125 was non-refundable. Even if it is they shouldn’t take $125 if they don’t help with what your needs are and instead push a package that they offer that doesn’t take care of your needs. I’m terminal and need this taken care of right away but to no avail. I hope and pray that they are never put in this position and if they are I hope that whoever they need treats them with compassion!
