Man.. where do I start.. without getting into too much detail about my case . I was facing 3 misdemeanors. After months of fighting like the dream team they are, I walked away with a reckless speeding ticket dropped to just a speeding and a fine, and the others thanks to these great men I don't have to deal with..When I called, they answered or got to me in a timely manner. They took the load off my shoulders and carried it for me. Being that this was my first time ever getting into trouble, I truly appreciate their patience they had with me and my case. Westendorf & Khalaf are by far two of the best lawyers ive come across. They made me feel very secure in my case as their defense was very strong and they showed they were all in for me. They were completely honest throughout the whole process and kept me in the loop. Contacting them was a breeze as they responded promptly and had time to meet me if I felt the urgency to speak to them. I would definitely reccomend them if you want a strong defense and lawyers that actually care about your well-being and not just all about getting paid.

These guys are awesome i had a failure to yeild that caused an accident they talked to the judges and the trooper and in result all i had to do was take driver improvement course and it got my case dismissed!! They're very friendly people and understood the situation! Will definitely be back if anything else shood pop up.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will work with you to develop a fair fee. There will be no hidden costs and no "bait and switch." We never put financial pressure on our clients to plead guilty. Ever. That decision is hard enough without financial considerations. While not every client is best served by a trial, we never take on a case with the expectation of a guilty plea.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free consultation by phone or in our office. We can typically arrange a consultation within 24 hours of hearing from you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
One of the unique aspects of our firm is that you get two experienced attorneys for the price of one. Taite Westendorf is a graduate of the University of Virginia and the University Richmond School of Law. He was a supervisor in the state's largest Public Defender's Office for 11 years prior to co-founding Westendorf & Khalaf. Bassel Khalaf is a graduate of the University of Hawaii and Washington and Lee University School of Law. He had close to a decade of experience as a magistrate and public defender prior to co-founding Westendorf & Khalaf.
