Gail is the best personal trainer in every way. She is very motivational and helps with everything from nutrition to weight training to cardio. Very knowledgeable and always giving you the encouragement to keep going! I worked with Gail for several years and had amazing results!

Gail is a great person/trainer! She knows your abilities before you do and will push you to do your best, while keeping a careful eye on you. She makes working out fun!

She was my personal trainer before she had to move to Richmond. She helped me achieve my goals the way I have never been able to before:)... She is amazing at what she does and I hope I will get a chance to train with her again !

Gail Moyer is an awesome instructor in physical fitness! Having worked out under her in many classes, either one on one or one of fifteen, her organizational skills and knowledge of training made the class extremely beneficial and fun in which to participate. Also, Gail's expertise as a personal trainer allowed her to modify any exercise if needed for an injury or pain. I highly recommend Gail as a trainer.

I attended a group/bootcamp total body fitness class on Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays . It was the best fitness experience I've ever had ! She really knew how to motivate me. I felt very comfortable and never out of place. She focused on every one indivdually and as a whole perfectly. I noticed a difference in my stamina after a couple weeks . I noticed changes in my body after three weeks . I learned how to correctly do so many activities and fitness moves that I can take with me for life to keep improving on myself and fitness level .
