- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is $75.00 per hr plus any material that is required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to walk the customer through everything after my initial service check to make sure they understand and answer any questions they may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the industry since 2000. I was in the Sheetmetal Workers local#25 in New Jersey where I studied and received my license in HVAC service, installation and repair. I also recieved my license in blueprint design and ductwork sizing and fabrication.
