Kevin came to I stall two TV's in my daughters apartment. He did conplete one TV and mount and just mounted the second but never put up the TV. He stated he needed certain screws to finish the job so he charged us for the entire job plus the specific screws which he was to get and then never returned to finish the job after he even wrote on our paid in full receipt he would return to install and bring screws. When we tried to call him he kept saying he would return that afternoon, but has yet to make any attempts to return. Then he tells my daughter he would come the next day and never does. When ever we try to reach him it just goes to voice mail. We sent him a copy of the fully paid job receipt and he refuses to complete a paid job! He took advantage of my daughter by taking her money, not finishing the job not even bringing her the screws which he charged her for. Then leaves my daughter a message that he will charge her an additional $75.00 to return to a job that he was already FULLY PAID for! Don't do business with the company they are not professional on completing and handling business properly!Aug 29, 2015
Kevin did a good job in replacing the lights in the kitchen and in the foyer. He was very neat and efficient in performing the task. I would highly recommend his service to other Thumbtack Community Members!Nov 28, 2011Verified
Removed pampas grass. Put in ceiling fans and wired for ceiling fan. Put in outdoor electrical outlet and installed a keypad deadbolt for my front door. Excellent work so far! Will use him again.Jul 23, 2015
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes, classes are required to keep up with state electrical license. You must take a refresher course to meet your required hours.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?My father and the rest of my uncles are in various trades. I choose electrical and stuck with it. I ended up graduating out of college with a diploma in computer science, minor in networking and still kept going with electrical services.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I cover such a wide variety of jobs but some of the more common would Home audio set ups (mounting tv, running wires in wall, installing new lighting set ups, more often then not would be recessed lights. I also get a lot of requests for doors, and quite a few times that ends up in remodeling a garage or some other area of house into a new functioning room. Face lifts are also very common, whether for a customer looking to touch up their home, or someone looking to move and need some cosmetic fixes and addressing of any inspection reports, I do alot of these.
