FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the type of service, pool size, and overall condition of the pool. Most routine services typically range from $90–$500, while larger repairs, equipment upgrades, and new equipment installations can range from $1,000 or more. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees, and we’ll always discuss recommendations and costs with you before any major work is performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and designed to keep everything smooth and stress-free. First, we collect your full name , contact info and service address for onboarding and scheduling. From there, we discuss your pool’s needs, recommend the best service option, and schedule your first visit. After each visit, we provide clear communication with detailed service reports and photos so you always know the condition of your pool.
