We have only just begun working with Rich but so far I am very pleased. First of all, his quote was less than half the guys we had maintain the pool last year. Plus he said he could take care of the spa as well as the pool. I was worried. Usually you get what you pay for. Well in this case there was nothing to worry about. He and his helper came exactly when they said they would. He thoroughly explained his service, his prices and what he thought needed to be done. He obviously knows his trade but he explains it well to a lay person like me. He got started right away. Our pool was badly in need of cleaning but he dug in and got it done. He also got our spa up and running in only one visit. He also came back when he said he would. These days, even finding people to show up as promised is tough. But Rich was much more. We have hired him to maintain pool and spa for the summer. We are looking forward to getting a lot of use out of both thanks to Rich!

Rich winterized and closed my pool for the winter. He did a superb job and he also explained to me what he was doing and what would be required when I re-open it next year. I will definitely be calling Rich back next Spring!

Update- Rich and his staff have been maintaining our pool for a couple summers now. He just did a filter sand change and upgraded our old chlorine tab system to a salt water system and we couldn't be happier with his service or his work! Rich did a great job cleaning up our pool that had been uncovered and neglected all winter and his price was very reasonable. We liked his service so much that we've hired him to do weekly pool service this season. He is very knowledgeable and helpful.
