James was a fantastic person to fix some things in the house. His team patched a large drywall hole, replaced a storm door screen, recaulked a bathtub, patched holes in porch columns and painted the patches to match the rest of the column (I can't tell at all where the patches are), and cleaned all of the porch trim. He was prompt, professional and helpful through every communication. He responded to my initial request in a timely manner, and followed up to make sure he had all the details correct of what needed done. He took great care to make sure that the house was protected (hanging up plastic to make sure that dust didn't spread, and laying down sheets to protect my floors) and left everything in great condition. I will definitely hire him for future projects!

Hired to assess repairs needed for dilapidated fence. All supplies and labor included in the quote. Pro did not account for single pickett (16) replacement and not included in the contract. Pro completed job per contract, but fence requires additional repairs to meet minimum standards.
