I reached out to Comfort Detectives for a Zoning estimate. Mac L came right away and I expressed my concern and why I was looking for Zoning. While he was looking over everything, he found out I have high Static pressure due to the installer not installing the correct system. Mac was the first HVAC tech in the 4 years since the installation that realized this. After 2 hours of diagnosing, he resolved the issue and set it at Stage 4 instead of Stage 5. If you are looking for an honest HVAC tech who is thorough call Comfort Detectives. The other HVAC companies I reached out for estimate just comes in looks at it and is out the door within 5 min. Mac took his time and anwered all my questions and took his time to properly diagnose. He even went up to the Attic and cleaned up all the insulation that fell which is rare.

Im not easily impressed with service people after a few bad experience over the years however as a hvac tradesman who is out of town and his wife called today to say that the house is hot I was in a bind and had to act quick called Comfort Detective to help Mac showed up and saved the day my wife was very happy with the respect he showed her and he showed me the up most respect when he explained the issue I was having and fixed the issue for a very responsible price im thinking about get a service agreement with them thats how reasonable the prices are.
