- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary, every job is different. Any applicable discounts are offered when the job is quoted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process involves sitting down with new customers and going over the plans for what they want done. Some key questions are asked: Is there a budget for the work to be done? Is there any water damage? How long has the unit been sitting? Is it a rush job? Is the work to be done time-sensitive? A deposit is required of 1/2 down to start, plus remaining balance due at project completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by a professional drywall installer, as well as being self-taught.
