Dustin and his wonderful employees at Elite Air installed a new HVAC unit at our house in 2021. We had heard about them through word of mouth and through talking to them we were very impressed with their honesty and price point. Dustin worked with us personally to get us a unit before winter while dealing with supply chain issues. He bent over backwards to get us something that we were happy with, despite it being hard to procure given the circumstances. Given that we were so happy with our service, we switched our biannual maintenance to Elite Air and they have always done a thorough and good job. We recently went through a home renovation in the summer of 2022 and Dustin came out to move some HVAC lines within our kitchen in a very short turn around time. He was super courteous to work within our time constraints which was very much appreciated given the hoe renovation schedule. He went above and beyond in giving us some advice about the renovation that we brought up with our contractor and were able to avoid potential future water damage. We have always been super impressed with the service that we have gotten from Elite Air and can't say enough good things about them.

As a property manager I need consistent, reliable and responsive vendors and Dustin and his team at Elite Air never fail me on any of these. They are always looking out for us and I cannot recommend them enough.

I am a property manager and we use Elite all the time. I use them on my personal home as well. They are Fantastic from top to bottom. They have restored temporary heat or A/C when other companies could not so tenant did not have to go to hotel. Very professional and reasonable priced. I highly recommend them.
