Introduction
Our trainers have years of experience working with "problem" horses. While we love giving lessons or working with experienced horses who just need some reminders, putting time into a horse who isn't too sure that they want to be ridden is great fun! Two things are great: that smile a rider gets when they click with a horse or have a great ride, and the feeling a trainer gets when a horse learns something new from them. But absolutely nothing beats watching a rescued horse find its permanent home with people who will love it forever.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have several different programs for both riders and horses. Please take a look at our website for all packages and rates.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

As any good trainer knows, you are never done learning! All of our professionals are in programs of their own both to improve their own skills and to learn more about training others.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Though we work with horses and people of all ages and backgrounds, our most common riding clients are young girls who want to learn to jump. One of our horses is actually out on lease to a 10 year old who loves fox hunting! On the training side, the animals we rescue tend to be ponies who need some tlc. The job we do for other owners are usually starting their 4 to 6 year old horses and bringing them up to different levels.
