We love fitness and helping our clients and community achieve their desired level of it. We are focused on our clients individual goals and create an effective environment for training efficiency. We work hard, we have fun and you get results. Things like "thank you so much, I now have the energy to play with my kids," "I feel stronger than ever," "I've never fit into ____ size before!" Those statements and 100s more are what is so rewarding. Health is a big deal. You get one body, so we've got one shot at this life to make do it right and kick it in for the long haul. That takes a balance of exercise, nutrition and active lifestyle. All of which keep you moving, which keeps you living.

Rob is such a great trainer and more importantly a wonderful person. He has been flexible with time with me and always has a new workout to keep things interesting! With my health issues, he is very attentive to not pushing me too hard, but still enough to get results. I have met his wife as well, and she is so sweet. I highly recommend them!

Rob is a great trainer. My wife and I have used him for months now and if your goal is to shed some weight then Rob is your guy. His facility is awesome and the meal plan he provided at the beginning was tough but great too. At the end of the day, if you wanna be healthy it'll take work. Rob makes the journey there a little bit easier and you couldn't ask for a better quality individual in regards to his personality. Fitness and health are his passion in life which really shows in his desire to make you better each session.

Rob is great at adapting exercises for different fitness levels, as well as challenging you and helping you do things that you didn't think you could do! He is highly recommended. And you can't beat a trainer that comes to you!

Rob is always on time for our appointments and lets me know well in advance should something come up. I've gotten many unsolicited compliments on my body after only 2-3 months. He works extremely well with beginners and advanced students of crossfit.

Rob is great! My biggest problem is I can't figure out what's too much exercise (which means I get injured and don't exercise) or too little (which means no results and I get frustrated). Rob pushes me just enough so that I can see progress without feeling like I never want to work out that hard again. He's mellow (never gets in your face) but he is definitely paying attention. I will admit I may have skipped a rep when feeling not totally motivated (not on purpose of course ;) )and Rob will say great, now just 1 more. He's also really good at finding alternative exercises if one isn't working for you. We've never done the same routine twice. I couldn't reccomend Rob more highly.
