FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To help clients know what to expect, here is a general guideline for visit pricing. Every home and pet family is unique, so final pricing may vary depending on care needs. Standard Pet Visits 🐶 $25 – 20 Minute Visit • 1 pet, or up to 2 pets • Quick potty break or fenced yard let-out • Basic check-in and fresh water 🐾 $30 – 25 Minute Visit • 2 or more pets • Walks, feeding, and general care 🐕 $30+ – 30 Minute Visit • 4 or more pets • Feedings, medications, and extended care needs Additional pricing may apply for: • Farm animals or horses • Medications or special medical care • Multiple animals or extended visits • Additional household or farm tasks As a Licensed Veterinary Technician, I always take the time to understand each pet’s routine and needs so they receive the best possible care.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new pet owners, my typical process begins with scheduling a meet and greet. This gives us the opportunity to get to know each other and, most importantly, allows me to meet your pets in their own environment. During the meet and greet we will: • Review your pet’s daily routine and care needs • Discuss feeding schedules, walks, medications, and any special instructions • Go over home access and visit scheduling • Answer any questions you may have This meeting also gives you the chance to make sure you feel comfortable with me, and it helps your pets become familiar with me before care begins. Building trust with both pets and their owners is very important to me, and this first visit helps ensure everyone feels confident and comfortable moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner of Zorger’s Pet Care, LLC, I bring extensive medical knowledge and hands-on experience to every pet I care for. • Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) • 20 years of experience in Emergency & Critical Care veterinary medicine • Experience working alongside veterinarians in fast-paced emergency hospitals • Background in multiple specialty areas of veterinary medicine, including advanced patient monitoring, medication administration, and critical care support This background allows me to recognize subtle changes in behavior or health that others may miss. My goal is to provide not only loving care, but also an added level of safety, knowledge, and medical awareness for every pet in my care. Your pets are treated like family while also benefiting from the experience of a trained veterinary professional.
