Introduction
The most obvious thing that sets me apart from other agents is my focus on my clients and their needs. I have, countless times, assisted in making repairs, putting up lights and fans, replacing fixtures, even cleaning. I have even helped put up fire proofing plywood in the attic of one of my listings. I do more than any other Realtor and that is why I sell more homes and I provide the same dedication to my purchasers as well! I spent most of my professional career working within the education and non-profit arena. I worked mostly with programs that focused on kids and particularly, at-risk kids. The dedication to that work and the people involved made me highly successful. I bring that same kind of dedication to my Real Estate career. I love helping people and weather it is working with kids or helping a family find their next home, helping people is helping people. My life's work!

With my busy schedule, buying and selling a home, especially around the holidays could have been a real stressful event. With Jim's help, however, both sales went smoothly. He was a great asset, and I could not have done it without him!

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I attend regular on-line training classes plus, my license must be renewed every two years and that requires 30 hours of specific instruction to qualify to renew.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    I am proud of the success I have had with my clients especially recently. Typically one of my listings will go live on a Wednesday and then I will hold the first Open House the following Sunday. Two of the last three houses I have listed, had an offer on them before I could do the initial Open House!
