Introduction: The most obvious thing that sets me apart from other agents is my focus on my clients and their needs. I have, countless times, assisted in making repairs, putting up lights and fans, replacing fixtures, even cleaning. I have even helped put up fire proofing plywood in the attic of one of my listings. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend regular on-line training classes plus, my license must be renewed every two years and that requires 30 hours of specific instruction to qualify to renew.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am proud of the success I have had with my clients especially recently. Typically one of my listings will go live on a Wednesday and then I will hold the first Open House the following Sunday. Two of the last three houses I have listed, had an offer on them before I could do the initial Open House!
