Having been in the remodeling Industry for 20 years, I have seen it all. Subcontracted work, bloated profit margins, pushy sales tactics ect. I started Milcon Design & Build to break the norms and stigma of the usual Home Improvement Contractor. My goal is to offer Milcon's customers Top Tier products at an affordable price point, A+ installations non-subcontracted with hand picked installers that I have worked with for years. Owner Matt Kavanah met with us and explained the process and quality of the ProVia windows, and gave us a very competitive proposal. We got other estimates but kept coming back to Matt's straightforward conversation and the value of the windows we would be ordering. He made some key suggestions that, after the installation today, proved to be great advice. The time from order to install was also very quick. One of the reasons we chose to do a window replacement project now (January) was the cold spots in both our primary bedroom and dining room - opposite ends of our house. Upgraded hvac hadn't been able to overcome the heat loss through old windows and French doors. Tonight, with a new package of high efficiency thermally-broken windows and sliders, we are actually turning the thermostat down because we're warm! Thank you to Matt, Josh, Luis, Martin, and the rest of the crew for a great job, for explaining all the tips and techniques to get the most out of the new windows and front door, as well as to keep them looking beautiful for years to come! I used Milcon to replace 3 sliding doors. I was impressed with the skill, knowledge, and intentionally of the team. While replacing the doors, they found rot behind my siding. I contacted with Milcon to replace my siding and gutters. I am still very pleased with the product, results, and team members. I will work with them again to replace 2 more doors. Here are before and after photos.

We are highly competitive across all product lines. We offer a wide array of products at different price points to fit everyone's budget. We are a small business so, we keep infrastructure and overhead down so we can get the discounts up.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by messaging/phone call to see if we are a good fit for a free initial consultation. Sometimes we can provide quotes without meeting, other times we may need to meet for no more than 30 minutes or so to determine needs and then email a competitive quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of experience in roofing, windows/doors and siding. Proficient in the sourcing, selling, managing and installing of all product lines.
