Having been in the remodeling Industry for 20 years, I have seen it all. Subcontracted work, bloated profit margins, pushy sales tactics ect. I started Milcon Design & Build to break the norms and stigma of the usual Home Improvement Contractor. I highly recommend this company!! The owner, Matt Kavanah, is very laid back and does not pressure you into hiring his company! He took the time to come to our house to explain the different products and his recommendations. Matt has been in the industry for a long time so he is VERY knowledgeable with the products. His team showed up on time, completed the new roofreplacement in 1 day, and left the outside super clean! Matt visted my home during the new roofreplacement and came back the next day for a final inspection. He genuinely cares about his customers and work product. I am very happy with the price for the 50 yr. shingles, workmanship, easy payments, and Matt's communication. Hire this company! You won't regret it!

Matt walked us though a competing quote and understood our priorities of quality and safety while still offering a competitive price. whole process was less than a week after deposit. Installation was around 8 hours. they gave us photos of damaged plywood before replacing. the lead, javier, was very nice and the crew cleaned up well.

I could not be more pleased with the roofreplacement. After signing the contract and paying the 50% deposit the roof was done in less than a week. The installation was actually one day including removal of the old shingles and installation of the new ones as well as the repair of several underlayment boards and sheeting. The installation crew was meticulous in every aspect from not damaging any flowers or plants when they covered them to the final cleanup. The company uses high quality materials and I could not be more pleased with the work. Excellent value compared to other estimates I received and the expediency in getting the work done. Highly recommend this company.

We are highly competitive across all product lines. We offer a wide array of products at different price points to fit everyone's budget. We are a small business so, we keep infrastructure and overhead down so we can get the discounts up.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by messaging/phone call to see if we are a good fit for a free initial consultation. Sometimes we can provide quotes without meeting, other times we may need to meet for no more than 30 minutes or so to determine needs and then email a competitive quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of experience in roofing, windows/doors and siding. Proficient in the sourcing, selling, managing and installing of all product lines.
