- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i do send a quote based on the customer request then i do an out of charge visit to check the project after that a final quote will be sent to be signed and later it will be transfered to a bill i do charge 50% at the beginning of any job then a 25 % in the middle of the job and 25% when everything is done payments are an option for big projects between me and the customer no banks or extra charge
