- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Carpet Direct is one of the nation's largest group of flooring brokers. We deal directly with the manufactures and because we are a national group we buy less than our competitors, up to 40% less. Plus, because we are a mobile flooring service, we don't have huge mark-ups to cover a storefront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of our customers are referrals from our existing customers. We like to have a conversation over the phone to get an idea of what you are looking for. Next, we schedule a free in-home appointment where we will professionally measure the space, review flooring styles and provide an estimate on the spot. Once you are ready to proceed with your order we will collect a deposit, order your materials. We will schedule your installation once they have arrived in our local warehouse. We then send our installer out to professionally install your new floors. They will move furniture & remove/dispose of your old floors if needed. Upon completion, our installer will walk the job before leaving so you can leave us a 5-star review on our great service.
