Punctual, professional, and knowledgeable of his business. Second floor dryer vent cleaning was completed in 40 minutes, including after work clean-up. Dryer is now functioning more efficiently.

We had a warning notice on our dryer to have ducts cleaned. I phoned a previously used company. Left a message, then the next day another message, neither of which were answered. I research on line and selected Shiny Ducts. The phone was answered and a service call was arranged and the technician arrived on time and was very informative. The price was as promised. An inquiry about my prior military service resulted in an additional discount. A time frame for future needed service was discussed. Before and after pictures were provided. My wife and I will certainly utilize Shiny Ducts again.

Our pricing is dependent on two variables; square footage of your home and the number of furnaces you have.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep all of our customers informed about our cleaning process as we are cleaning. This way you, as a customer, learn a little something about your air duct system and exactly how we do our cleaning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have been trained and certified by the #1 Air Duct Cleaning Program in the United States. Feel free to ask about our certificates.
