FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on volume, item type, access, and disposal fees. The prices shown are starting estimates, and the final cost may change depending on weight, heavy or specialty items, stairs, or additional labor required. For larger jobs, we’ll often recommend a dumpster as a more cost-effective option. We believe in clear, upfront pricing and no surprises once the scope of work is confirmed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by reviewing the details of the job, including the type and amount of material, access, and location. From there, we provide an estimate and help determine whether hauling or a dumpster rental makes the most sense. Once scheduled, we arrive on time, complete the work efficiently, and make sure everything is handled safely and properly. Communication is kept clear throughout the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is experienced in debris removal, cleanouts, and equipment operation for residential and commercial projects. We’re trained to work safely around homes, job sites, and occupied spaces, with a focus on proper lifting, equipment use, and protecting surrounding property. We’re fully licensed and insured and prioritize safety and professionalism on every job.
