We loved absolutely EVERYTHING about working with Mark Burch from Retiro Photography. He was extremely organized, easy to work with, and not to mention, a BLAST! As the bride, he made the wedding day go smoothly and made sure we were on time, which was one thing I thought I was going to stress about. He made up an itinerary of our wedding day months in advance which included pictures of the bridal party prior to the ceremony, pictures immediately following the wedding ceremony with specific family members, and the timing of pictures taken at locations prior to the reception. When we met up with Mark before our engagement photo session, my husband and I could really sense his passion and enthusiasm for photography, which made it even easier to hire him. He was extremely easy to work with throughout the whole wedding process, from before engagement pictures up to the wedding day. He communicated very well with us throughout our entire engagement. Our engagement photo session was amazing and we could not be happier with how the photos turned out. So far, we have only gotten a preview of our wedding photos, but what we've seen so far has exceeded our expectations. We are so happy we hired Mark!

Mark did our engagement photos and they turned out great! He was very kind and made our experience unforgettable. It was very affordable and he came to the place I wanted the photos to be done, which was a far trip from Cincinnati. Our pictures came back soon and they turned out excellent, me and my fiance are more then happy with what we received!

Mark was a JOY to work with. Before we even arrived for the photo session, Mark was scouting the property for the perfect spots to shoot our engagement photos. He was fun and professional. I loved his creative ideas and that he was so open to some of my picture requests. We have a newborn, and he was patient and kind when incorporating her into our photos. These are pictures that I will cherish for the rest of my life! Mark - you are officially my go-to photographer!

We just finished working with Mark. He did our engagement session and wedding pictures. He was so great to work with and his photographs are stunning. He was flexible with of our requests and offered ideas when things didn't go as planned We couldn't have asked for a better photographer!

When I embarked on this idea of getting photos of our company project hundreds of miles away, I initially thought that I would fly to Chicago to take them myself, but then I started adding up the cost of flights, hotel, time, etc. and realized that maybe hiring a local professional photographer would be more cost-effective. I had never hired someone right off of the internet so I was skeptical at first, but hiring Mark was a great decision. He was professional, very responsive and quick, but most importantly the photos that he took are fantastic! He sent sample photos to me within 5 days, which I was able to evaluate and give him feedback on, based on what I was looking for. He asked what I was using them for in oder to supply them to me in the appropriate resolution. Then in a matter of a couple of days he sent me a link with the photos. I love the photos that he took and enjoyed working with him. If I have other projects in Chicago and areas that he travels, I will definitely hire Mark again.
