- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have no added fees to my prices, I normally give my quotes ‘by the hour’. I do offer a military and first responders discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting the information on what their needs would be for the project. For example, what kind of location would be ideal for their project, indoors or outdoors. Do they need any wardrobe changes?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken several online classes through The Art Institute of Pittsburgh for my work.
