- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and tailored to each client’s goals. I offer styling packages rather than one-time sessions, as they provide the best long-term results and value. Returning clients and referrals receive 10% off in-person services for a year. Travel and shopping fees may apply depending on location, and all costs are clearly discussed upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a simple inquiry and a short intake form so I can understand your style goals, lifestyle, and wardrobe needs. From there, we begin with either a Personal Color Analysis, a Style Consultation, or both depending on what you need most. This first session helps clarify your best colors, style direction, and key wardrobe gaps. After that, I create a personalized plan which may include closet editing, personal shopping, travel packing, or a full wardrobe transformation. Most clients continue working together for deeper wardrobe refinement and ongoing styling support as their needs evolve. My process is simple, structured, and results-focused so you always know your next step.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over seven years of experience in retail management and hold certifications from the Vogue College of Fashion and the LVMH Group. As a certified color analyst with a master’s degree in education, I take pride in teaching my clients how to manage their wardrobes with confidence while inspiring them to explore and express their authentic style.
