- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the type of work and the materials needed. I give a clear estimate before the job begins so you know the cost. There are no surprise fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by getting basic information about the project. I provide an estimate and schedule a visit if needed. Once we agree on the plan, I set a work date and complete the job in an organized way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have eight years of hands-on experience in flooring, drywall, painting, and handyman work. Most of my skills come from real jobsite learning. I continue to improve my work with every project.
